Custom Massage An intuitively crafted massage based on your present wants and needs. I utilize techniques from a variety of modalities, including: Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, hot stones, cupping, and gua sha (scraping). My intention is to help you relax, feel less stress, less pain, a greater sense of well-being, and a deeper mind-body-spirit connection. All modalities are included in the cost of your appointment.
